We supply the construction documents that are needed to solicit bids and apply for building permits. Our scope of work ranges from kitchen and bath remodels, to additions and second floors, as well as custom designed homes up to 5,000 square feet. Our clients include budget conscious homeowners and contractors from throughout eastern Massachusetts, Cape Cod, New Hampshire and Maine. The Colonial Home Design construction document package includes floor plans, elevations, cross sections, floor, roof and wall framing details, as well as schedules for doors, windows and cabinets.
